A few days after updating to Win 11, physical keyboard suddenly stopped working. Suspecting software problem, I reseted the tab. During reinstallation of windows, it worked for a time during configuration. But when fully installed, it stopped working again.
What to do now ? Can anybody suggest ?
Hi just maybe something to try? I have a Ubook, remove the keyboard from the tablet, clean the contact points on both the tablet and keyboard with a bit of alcohol, then on the keyboard take a bit of soft sandpaper and carefully go over the keyboard contacts, you can use a soft wire brush also. Mine now works great again - I made the mistake of removing all the data and programs and reinstalling windows before I tried this (at least I have a backup now 
). I should have tried this first of all - I went all around the houses before I gave the last try as above. Hope this helps others too!
