Lapbook plus does not charge completely. Stays at 90%

Hello manonegra222,

As I’ve mentioned even on communication via Aliexpress, I would be willing to even receive a new battery and replace it myself, or a firmware fix to “recalibrate” the battery thresholds on the computer, but none of these options were ever offered. The communication was always Chuwi asking for “further proof of the problems because our engineers could not confirm the problem”.

Even “Chuwi engineers” replied on aliexpress that I should expect around 4h from the battery (although they say “up to 9 hours” on the product page). I can attach a screenshot if anyone wants it.

I can imagine that those which receive working hardware are happy with it, as I’ve considered the device really good for my intended use, if it wasn’t the stupid hardware lottery and how awful is to use their aftersales if you “win” the defective hardware ticket. In my honest opition, feel free to disagree, this sort of service is nowhere in 2019 standards.

We are very happy for you!

Do you get also percentage from Chuwi for writing in the forum? It seems you are the only person with “positive experience” here, looking at the threads in the forum, most of the people have problems that Chuwi are not able to solve.

And who is to blame for false advertising here?

Even Chuwi´s own people asked me, where does it says that battery is up to 9 hours… :D:D:D such a joke. They do not know what they are selling.

I would never recommend the brand to anyone…

Well, no, he is wrong, I do not receive any compensation for my work here and he is also mistaken that those who write here have problems. Chuwi sells thousands of devices and normally, only those who have problems write, not even being registered in this forum.
You can also see that only a small percentage of problems are from Hardware, with most problems being softwarte by manipulations in the installed operating systems as is your case (I would never think of performing a clean installation of Windows without first obtaining a copy of all the drivers from the system itself)
Finally, don’t bother, we don’t need publicity from people with these manners.

Thank you for your idea. In fact, this forum is now equivalent to a database, but we are still improving it to make it more comprehensive.

Hi bro, I’m sorry to let you have these experiences. We really can’t guarantee that the product will have no problems at all.Once there is a problem, we will try our best to solve it for customers, maybe in a process that customers generally do not like. But isn’t that what it takes to solve a problem?

In addition, as manonegra222 said, only those who have problems sign up for forum to illustrate or even anger. You don’t have to think you’re on the side of the minority when you see this, because after all, we don’t provide a collective to compliment the equipment.
