I have a problem regarding the postage of the charger for a chuwi lapbook pro. My USB-C charger broke (after 6 months! with normal usage) and I bought a new charger from chuwi on the 6th of July.
In August it got blocked in the postage and asked help to chuwi who sent me back to the postal office in my country that says that the company that sent the package should complain for them to send the charger back to the original country. Chuwi says that I should complain to the postal office and now I’m in a situation where I paid for a charger that I did not get. I replied again to chuwi and now they’re not answering me.
I’m stuck between two companies with no way out of solving this having spent money on a product I did not receive.
Can anyone help?
