Laptop Air 14.1 Keyboard Defect

I’m having a problem with the keyboard of my laptop Air 14.1 bought directly from Chuwi. The keyboard is not responding properly. Some keys are not working at all.

I have opened a ticket since some time with no response.

I have also sent an e-mail with no response.

I received the laptop at 8th October 2018.

I’m very disappointed for the warranty service provided by Chuwi.

If the mail was sent in the first days of October, keep in mind that in China the national holiday has been celebrated from October 1 to 6. Please write to aftersale@chuwi.com
