Laptop Air 14.1 Keyboard Defect

I’m having a problem with the keyboard of my laptop Air 14.1 bought directly from Chuwi. The keyboard is not responding properly. Some keys are not working at all.

I have opened a ticket since some time with no response.

I have also sent an e-mail with no response.

I received the laptop at 8th October 2018.

I’m very disappointed for the warranty service provided by Chuwi.
