Laptop con posible defecto en el puerto de carga

Actualmente mi laptop minibook X N150, no carga, pase 2 días con un cargador inestable que olía a metal raro, justo hoy compre un cargador con PD de 65W el cual se supone debe ser compatible con mi laptop pero está no enciende el LED de carga, creí que era el cargador defectuoso pero mi celular lo detecta.

Quisiera que me ayudarán necesito mi laptop para la uni.

The problem may be in the cable. I also have a phone charger and a cable with which I charge the phone. But when I connect them to the laptop, the charge does not go. If I use a different cable, then everything is ok
