Larkbox X N100 won't boot, also not with usb with OS

My Larkbox won’t start correctly it starts after pressing the on button after a long wait in the bios menu. What I did, I downloaded the OS from the download page and copied the files on a formatted USB stick and put it in the Larkbox. The USB loads and I get a msdos screen which says Diskpart has encountered an error: A device which does not exist was specified. Fail to create disk partition table

Serial number is: SLarBXGZ1H240104572

Please some help what should I do? The Larkbox is not even a year old..

This is the tutorial to create the USB:

windows installation system tutorial.docx (633,0 KB)

You started the system with the Windows USB.
You can search on Google for how to check the disk with the Windows installation USB, or you need to install the hard drive driver.

Thanks for the response. I followed the Windows installtion tutorial you send. Pressed F7 and choose partition 1 with the usb stick in the Larkbox with the OS files from Chuwi and then I get the Red screen with the Fail to create disk partition table?

What can I do to bypass this?

It indicates that you have a problem with the hard drive.

You have another hard drive.

You have another computer where you can check the hard drive.

this is the result of a chkdsk run on the C: drive

I don’t have an other pc to check the hard drive, only a macbook

Google a disk partitioning app to wipe the entire drive and create a new GPT partition system.

or

You can create a Windows installation USB drive from the official Windows website.

I created a Windows installation USB drive from the official Windows website as you adviced. I got in the windows menu and chose for windows 11 installation and after selecting some language options I got a message I should pick a drive to install windows on, but only USB drive was available and some other things but seems something wrong with the ssd drive or it seems not visible?

Please some guidance what I should do to install the files on the ssd drive?

These are my options to choose from?

That’s what I was telling you here before.
You have to buy a hard drive of the same model.

Oh no its broken, is there anything of warranty from Chuwi for this problem as my Larkbox is not yet one year old?

I don’t know, you can ask on Chuwi’s website.
