Larkbox X Password BIOS removal

Dear Sirs:

Recently Bought a Chuwi LarkBox X for Home Assistant server use. Serial number: SLarBXGZ1H240700222

Chuwi was working ok, but I don´t know reason, BIOS is asking me password in every switch on.

I know the password, but no idea to remove it. No advanced options in my BIOS to remove the password.

Tried in BIOS options, but no success. Removed BIOS battery for 30 minutes, no success.

I can sent photos of my BIOS setup.

Can you help me?

Francisco.

@manonegra222 can you check into yours?

The only reason it asks for a password in the BIOS is because you have set it that way by changing the BIOS options (which is also the reason you know the password). You must go to the same place where you set the BIOS password to delete it, leaving the spaces blank, pressing enter and saving the changes.

Dear Manonegra:

First thank you for your answer.

That’s the problem. I understand that I changed something in my BIOS, my mistake.

But no idea how to revert it! I tried many options, inserting the password, in some options, but not success.

Chiwi works. But if I have to put password in any switch on, so in these conditions I can’t use as a home assistant server.

Tried to erase BIOS values, removing the battery, but no success.

Can I install BIOS software again to remove values?
Where can I get that BIOS software?

Cualquier ayuda será bien recibida/ can anybody help me?

Thank you.

Esta es la BIOS

Si te cargas el ordenador, ya está…eso no lo cubre la garantía

@manonegra222 puedes mirar en tu Larkbox X qué opción sería para eliminar la contraseña?

Thank you very much for your support.

I understand the risks, but I can´t use the mini-pc with that password. I will try installing BIOS you send me.

I will inform here about results.
