can your provide the steps, using factory reset for the microphone reset or any steps to fix microphone not working.

If u use Windows 11 it will kill your mic because off privacy. So check in your settings if windows did not mute the mic there.
System >Sound
Input > Volume.
You see a mic. Icon and a sound bar that’s moving on sound. If the mic. Icon has a \ It’s off, and you have to reactivate it by clicking on the icon.
