I just received my Chuwi Minibook three days ago, and after downloading some system updates, I’m experiencing random shutdowns whenever I’m using it. Also, there seems to be a problem with the cooling fan as I don’t hear it anymore after the update. Btw, I also noticed that the battery that used to last for hours seems to lose its charge after the random shutdown. Does anybody know how to fix this?
Hi, i would recommend reset the whole OS. Search by typing Reset on the search bar and a “Reset this PC” option will appear. Then follow the instructions to reset , the laptop should be back to its normal working condition.
Do remember to perform backup of files before resetting.
