I made a purchase a few days ago on AliExpress. Everything else is fine, but when the charge reaches 100%, I hear a coil whine loud near the charging port inside the device.
I looked it up and found that there was the same problem, " Minibook X 2023 annoying noise" is there a way to solve it? The device is so good, but this coil whine is so stressful. So I’m charging 50% when I charge it 100% and repeating it. Please tell me the solution. T^T Primary and 65w adapters show the same symptoms…

Are you saying that your company is aware of this problem? If so, do you mean that a solution may come out over time, not now?
Everytime you guys tell us about any problem, we report it to Tech. Sometimes they can make updates sometimes is more difficult. In this case it will take time. Sorry for that.
