Hi, does anyone have this electrical noise?
It sounds like it’s coming from the SDD. When the SDD is working, it makes a sound.
It sounds like an old 56k modem.
My hard drive is different from most minibooks
I have a Rayson RS512GSSD510
Most have Netac SSDs
If the noise is the loudest when the laptop is charging and almost full, then it’s coil whine coming from the charging circuitry.
I’ve got that too.
It’s anoying but nothing to worry about.
