Minibook X N100 NVMe Not Recognized

I have a Minibook X N100. Everything was working fine, but the factory NVMe drive was not recognized. I swapped the OE drive for a Crucial P5 NVMe and it worked fine for about 24 hours. Now the UEFI is not recognizing the new drive any longer on cold or hot boots. I have an AMI BIOS(UEFI) version DNN20 V2.10. I wonder if there is a newer revision that improves NVMe detection? My serial number is ZMinBXHY3H230700852.

Apologies for necroing this thread, but I picked up my dusty Minibook X, and I figured out the problem. Turns out the UEFI boot records were full. I removed all previously used, uh, I want to call them pointers, to old OS installs and created a new pointer to the current disk and they system started booting up again using the built-in NVMe drive.
