This is a MiniBook X N150 that I purchased from AliExpress.
It has two USB 3.0 Type-C ports, but both ports only operate at USB 2.0 speeds.
The USB 3.0 controller is listed correctly in Device Manager.
I contacted Chuwi, and they said it supports USB 3.0.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

You might want to check the manufacturer’s website for any specific chipset drivers that need to be installed, as the generic Windows driver may not be fully optimized.
This alone already tells you it is USB 3.0.
What storage device are you connecting in? Maybe that device is the one with USB 2.0 instead.
I connected a Samsung 860 Pro SSD to two computers.
The results were different.
Only the minibook was slow.
Thank you for @leledumbo **, @**jamesburden19.
Thanks to you both, I got some hints.
It was a problem with my USB-C to USB-A converter.
Thank you for your answers.
