Minibook X N150 will not charge

Hey,

I’ve only owned the product for about 4 days. Yesterday the battery drained completed.

Now it wont charge when using the official charger. No led lights when plugged into either usb-c ports.

Chatgpt says the charger I have is incompatible if the battery is completely drained and recommends a 20V charger. The charger that came with the Chuwi has a 12V output.

Not sure if anyone has experience with this.
