Network adapter missing

I just purchased a new HeroBook pro and after doing updates the network adapter, settings, and connectivity to wifi is gone. Has anyone else experienced this?
In my device manager>network adapter there is no wifi adapter
my serial number is HBookPQ256G19123402
PLEASE HELP ME I LITTERALLY JUST OPEN THE LAPTOP AND ITS BROKEN

Hi, there are a lot of response about the wifi problem, you must upgrade the driver by usb pendriver. read my post

I already tried to update the driver but nothing happen
The problem is that windows cant find any network adapter as you can see in the photo

hi, use another wifi adapter in usb 3.0, download drivereasy.com ,it’s free in manual mode, and find new driver to wifi.
another options , install windows 2004 may update, fron external dvdrom , and i overwrite the old windows 1908.

I did the windows update to 2004 and the problem is still here
I think that you don’t understand exactly the problem
I don’t miss the driver I miss the network adapter from the start so the driver easy software don’t find update for the network driver because the is no network adapter recocnizable from windows
