To Update all users and seriously inerested friends;
After sending back accordingly to the instruction to the store in Germany in AUGUST 2024, there is no refund provided, no PC sent back to me, Now we are 4 MONTHS OVER !!!
This is nothing else than a scam company:
I have not to open a claim by my lawyer and then they have to pay not only the expenses including the fees for the transport, but even my new PC since they do not follow the EU legislation providing support for the consumer. This will now be an expensive case for CHUWI, I am relaxed since have insurance for legal requests

AS my colleague explained , we cannot refund you, but we will send a another PC while your is in repair.

As written, this is unacceptable. After waiting for several months, I was forced to purchase a new device. This time, I opted for an M4 Mac, which has no issues.

You previously confirmed via email that you would refund the money, as it was unclear whether you could repair the device. Please stop providing false information.

Following your instructions, I sent the PC to your service center in Germany on 12/08/2024 after contacting the Chuwi support team. However, despite sending over 20 emails, you have still done nothing. If your company truly values good customer relations, you would have immediately sent me a replacement device.

Once again, for all users: I have owned four CHUWI PCs in the past, and all of them had to be replaced. The customer service provided by CHUWI is the worst I have experienced.
