New Corebox 5th Intel Core 13500H Processor, No Image on any port

Hi,

I bought a Corebox 5th and plugged it in the first time Yesterday.
It booted and did the Windows setup and Updates, then it Rebooted as it should, and since then I have no Image Whatsoever. No bios, no Logo, nothing.
I Tried different cables, different ports, and different monitors.
Still nothing…

Its weird,. why did you wait so much to try for the first time, it passed almos 2 months since you bought it now the only thing could be repair, not replace as more than 14 days have passed.

Yes, it turns on, the fans work, and when I long press the power button, it turns off. However, after the update, there is no display.
I Had a discount code, so I bought it then, and though I was going to come here earlier last Month, but plans Changed.
Anyways how do we proceed to get it fixed?

I’m starting to become very Disappointed with the customer Service.
I sent them a Direct message via email. I also wrote here, and still no reply…
this is becoming unacceptable… maybe I need to start writing negative reviews on every PC review site I know… Worst Service ever… no Telefone number… no Answer to emails and forum posts… and especially no working product… :frowning:

I had the same problem with a very old DELL monitor. When the display goes black, try to turn the monitor off and on again, and see if the display comes on. I work now with 2 new xiaomi monitors and everything works fine.

Sorry, i did not know, i will tell my collagues to answer you, because probablyt you will need to send to repair.

They did answer me, saying I have to send it for repairs, but unfortunately, they didn’t include a shipping address, return form, or return Invoice. I asked for one, but I’m still waiting for a reply.
Maybe you can ask them again, please?

Your response time is becoming unacceptable… I am very inconvenienced and aggravated by the lack of support.
I only need a return address and return Label or Repair label to send the computer for repairs.

Sorry for the delay. This week the repair center is on Holidays so even if the packages arrive they wont start to repair. They come bacl on 31th October. My collague already answered you

Hi, I sent them the Computer 2/3 Weeks ago, to the address they told me in Germany, It got delivered, I got the tracking number to prove it.
But I didn’t get any info on how long it will take or if they are even repairing it.
I already wrote another email to the support group but no answer at all…

I would like to know what’s happening… and I would like to Get an ETA of my computer…
I’m sorry to say but the communication with support is the worst I’ve ever experienced…

had the same problem, black screen and moterborad or grafic card gone, Send it accordingly to the instructions to the service Center on the 12. AUGUSt and did never get my item back, Send around 20 mails and no clear answer, I had in the past 4 chuwi pc, but with such a service I will never buy again,
sorry, but do NOT send it you will not get it back and NO refund at all. Particularly this model has been shown in several other reports to be defective by its construction, that means Chuwi knows the problem , but are not adequately responding
