NEW Gemibook Pro CWI529 won't boot, stuck in the BIOS / CMOS settings screen

I just bought a Chuwi Gemibook Pro CWI529 and it won’t boot. It’s stuck in the BIOS / CMOS settings screen. Rebooting just infinitely returns to BIOS screen. Help!
