I had a Windows 10 error message the other day “Power Surge on USB Port” and it killed my USB-C port on the UBook Pro. I am unable to use the USB-C port on my tablet since this event for neither data nor charging.
I used the USB-C port for charging the tablet before and never had any issues before.
Already contacted Chuwi to get the tablet serviced but wanted to check if anyone had the same experience and if there are any limitations on the USB-C port that I have to know about to avoid this from happening again in the future.
