Powered USB Hub Crashes Lapbook Pro

I have had this Lapbook Pro for 2 weeks. Suddenly, when I attached a powered USB hub to the single USB port (not USB-c) the system crashes and will not reboot until I unplug USB hub. Please advise.

Hi, I had the same problem !!!
I was able to solve the problem by restarting the computer with the charger connected.
I have no idea why this method should work but it worked with my LapBook Pro.
