Processor only at 1.1GHz instead of 2.6GHz

Hi all, my new Chuwi Herobox N4120 operates only at 1.1GHz, where the specs say it could run on 2.6 GHz. Computer appears to be quite slow. BIOS optimized values loaded, no difference. Help wanted
