To the Chuwi Developer team. Due to the TouchPad in the attached keyboard only can be see as a mouse not the TouchPad, this will cause the Windows not allow to change any gestures in the setting and trouble for using the keyboard. I add all 3 and I see the touchpad settings but the mouse pointer does not show up the keypad works. I noticed that the instructions are only partly there.

Do you have an external mouse connected at the same time? If so, you might want to check this setting…

Also, did you reboot the tablet after the last (third) file install?

I have selected the touchpad setting to on and rebooted the system several times and I am using a bluetooth mouse to get the pointer back on the screen but the pad will not move the mouse.
