You have the Windows 10 rom self-installing with the drivers included in the download section

There is a difference between this way to recovery from settings?
settings ->security ->recovery -> reset this pc

If you do a restore in Windows, you will keep the latest drivers updated and allow you to keep or not programs or files. By reinstalling the official Rom, the tablet will be just received from the factory, with the original drivers.
