You only have Windows. You can search for a tutorial: restart in safe mode or failsafe mode.

unfortunately I thought it was the headboard but no, all of a sudden when I switch it off the Ubook starts to self-reset until the battery runs out. When I insert the battery charge … it starts again. The screen remains black and I don’t even appreciate the ‘Chuwi’ message.
