I have tried all the options that have worked on previous machines when I have encountered this problem and though they were successful for those machines, nothing I have tried has eliminated this problem on my Herobook. It’s not an end of the world problem, but it is immensely irritating when I don’t try to remember this reversal and I have problems on my other keyboards when I remember the issue inappropriately and end up with the reverse of the problem.
Please, no replies, which reiterate, “official,” solutions.
