Is it possible to stop battery loading at 80% charge in order to protect the battery life ?

No, Windows does not have any control over your battery in that way. Some computer manufacturers have their own tools to do this as it is a function of their hardware/BIOS. I know modern Microsoft/HP/Dell/Lenovo devices have that.
It might be a good idea for Chuwi to implement it in their equipment
