I have exchanged emails to usavip@chuwi.com asking for a replacement keyboard. I have shipped my keyboard and they asked for a phone number and address. However, they have not replied to me after 19 days since I sent my address. I have sent multiple emails asking for a follow-up to Chuwi’s usavip, service, and aftersale. None of them have responded. Does anyone know how I can get a tracking number from these people?
