touch screen not work!

Hi,
I installed Windows 10 on my Chuwi and after downloading many driver packages still its touch screen not working!
I have not found any driver-specific for 64G45XXXXXXXXX

As shown in my attached picture My model is CW1526 and My serial is HiB PQ64G45160600943

Maybe the driver doesn’t fit your device.So please tell us your serial number and what type of prodruct ?
