Ubook does not charge

Hi everyone
I bought a Chuwi ubook one month ago… It used to work fine but suddently, yesterday it ran out of battery and there is no way to charge it. Once I connect the device to the charger the red light turns on for three seconds, then stops. And after three seconds again the same loop: three seconds red and stops. The device is not charging …

Do you guys have or can suggest any solution? Needless to say, this is quite annoying after just a month using the tablet…

You might try performing a deep discharge on the UBook. Make sure the UBook is completely discharged. No LED should turn on while pressing the power button. You might need to leave it off for several hours or more. Once the UBook is completely discharged, then try to connect the charging cable and see if it works.
