Look up if the internal display shows up in system control panel
If it does, you should be able to activate it/switch the projection mode.
If it doesn’t your bios might be corrupted. Are you able to work in BIOS with the external screen?
You shouldn’t have touched the bios. For everything to work again you must reinstall the original bios.
Write to service@chuwi.com giving the serial number of your tablet. They will send you a link to download the original Bios
Yes with an external screen it works
