Bought on Aliexpress this last 27th of May

I have the common problem with the constant ghost touching on the inferior corner and also the HiPen H8 that came with the table it’s not recognised as a pen at all (doesn’t work). Could you help me out with the proper drivers and/or a ISO file for the OS to do a clean reinstall please.

As you bought in Aliexpress, is better you talk to my colleagues first, they will send you the files and in case it does not work, they will also handle the repair in case it needs to.
