Please help me, I have a 12-inch UBOOK X device, the Windows operating system requested a restart to update, the device did not exit the update process for more than 2 hours and I turned it off by pressing the power button for several seconds.
now the equipment does not turn on its screen is black it only shows its blue led on.
I have tried using the HDMI cable on an external monitor but there is no video output, I cannot enter the bios because nothing appears on the screen.
your help please
