i have purchased the laptop and it didn’t last one day after the first charge it’s restart and never power on and no lights showing.
In addition i have made a compliant and no one response from chuwi this is very frustrating
it’s been over two weeks know

I have replied as requested to attached a video proof show that the device is completely dead, and till know after 14 days no one angered and a have sent a reminder after 7 days and the same.
This is the worst costumer support ever and i don’t recommend anyone buying this product.
you their refund me my money or i’m going to contact the bank to chargeback my money
