I purchased a CHUWI UBook X tablet with an Intel Core i5-10210Y processor on December 29, 2024, through eBay. The tablet was functioning normally until February 6, 2025, when it was last used. On February 11, 2025, I attempted to turn it on, but it failed to boot. The screen only displays the blue backlight; there is no other activity or response from the device. It does not proceed past this point. Additionally, the order was incomplete. The advertised keyboard that was supposed to be included with the tablet has not yet arrived.
I am requesting a replacement tablet as this one is clearly defective. I also require the missing keyboard to be sent to me as soon as possible.
Talk with the ebay seller, as first it must be done by the shop. We are the support forum.
They need to give you a solution for the lack of keyboard or maybe replaced as it only passed just a month
Hola, entonces con quien es que estoy hablando si no es con el Seller de Ebay !! HE estado conversado con alguien que fueron los que vendieron y enviaron el teclado mal y que todavia no me han completado mi pedido original de Tablet, Stylus y Teclado/mouse, ahora bien, la tablet tiene fallos y no tiene ni 2 semanas de uso inconstante !! Con quien tengo que hablar? entonces ???
Tengo un teclado que no sirve y una tablet que sirvio solo por 15 dias !!como me van a solucionar, en el chat de Ebay me indicaron que me iban a enviar un nueva ?? Que eso fue solo un alegron?? necesito ayuda.
