USB-C supported hubs

Hello.
Is there any list of supported USB-C with external video and PD? I’m currently looking at Ugreen devices but wondering if it is gonna work? Need to utilize the port for external HDMI and PD at the same time.

I am using noname hub from aliexpress, works just fine with my Gemibook. It’s twice cheaper then ugreen
