Hello,
I just got one of the new i3-1215U powered CoreBox 4th and when I connect an external SSD drive to any of the USB ports my bluetooth keyboard (connected via a USB dongle, to any of the remaining ports) stops responding. When I unplug the drive, the keyboard recovers its functioning. It seems to be related to the distribution of power between the USB ports. Can this be hardware related? I already disabled the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” for the two USB Root Hubs showed in the Device Manager of Windows, with no luck, and also this behaviour is occurring when I manage to boot into another OS (Batocera) from the mentioned external drive.
Should I ask for a replacement unit?
Thank you in advance for your input.
