I own a Chuwi GemiBook XPro laptop, which has been working quite well so far. Unfortunately, I accidentally damaged the original charger that came with it.
Since I would like to keep using original components — both for safety reasons and to ensure the laptop’s proper performance and longevity — I am looking for a way to purchase a replacement charger directly from the brand or through an official channel.
My questions are:
Does Chuwi support sell original chargers separately?
If so, what is the correct procedure to order one (direct contact, official website, partner store, etc.)?
I’d really appreciate any guidance or experiences you could share.
