After 5 months using of my
tablet Chuwi Hi10 Max 12.96", Windows 11 from Chuwi official store I received a dead area in the right part of the touch screen.
In this area it is not possible to use the touchscreen (event with a finger).
I tried to install Linux as the second OS - the situation is same on Linux.
I have bought a new stylus from the same store:
and nothing was changed.
Sometimes I watch a half transparent white square or circle on this area but after I switch of the screen and switch it on again - this white figure dissappears. But the dead zone appears in 99% cases. It is impossible to use the touch screen on the whole surface.

What is that and how to avoid this?
