Aubox Ryzen 7 8745HS TPM 2.0 Activation for Windows 11

Bonjour,

J’ai acheté ce Aubox le 06 juin 2026 sur Aliexpress. (N° Série SAUBoxLZ1H260102637).

Je souhaite installer Windows 11 sur cet ordinateur mais je suis bloqué à Windows 10 car j’ai un défaut d’activation du TPM 2.0 selon l’analyse materiel de Windows.
Je suis allé dasn le BIOS pour vérification et tout semble normal. Le TPM est bien activé. J’ai essayé de le desactivé /réactiver à plusieurs reprises, modifier certains paramètre concernant le TPM mais ça ne change rien. Pour Windows il est toujours désactivé.

Je ne sais pas si ça a un lien mais le “contrôleur de BUS USB” ne s’installe pas. Les pilote prévus dans le pack de Drivers sur le site Chuwi ne permettent pas son installation.

Y a t’il une manipulation à réaliser pour permettre à Windows de reconnaître le TPM du Aubox ?

It’s already done. I’ve sent a mail to service@chuwi.com. I’m waiting for their answer.

If there’s a trick to solve my problem, i take !

It seems strange to me that you have Windows 10.
The Chuwi website says Windows 11 is pre-installed.
The Windows 11 zip file is available on the downloads page.

They say that the Windows version you download from Chuwi support is customized for the device.

I’ve downloaded the OS package thanks to my serial number, but I don’t know what to do with thé files. I should make a bootable USB key but there is no explanation for how to use it. The only guide for windows installation on Chuwi support has not the same files.
