Hello, i decided to downgrade from windows 11 to windows 10 after getting this laptop and im experiencing issues with the audio, there seems to be no audio driver installed, these are some images for extra help if you need:
as you can see there is no audio driver in the sounds category in device manager
i need the audio drivers for this laptop model, please does anyone have them so i can download?

I am not sure if this is the correct model, but on the back it says ‘lap book s15 n2 256gb’, also is a FCC id the same as the serial number?, because i cant find any other code that is like a serial number

Jesus, this is actually funny, the laptop is not ours, in the label you can see this https://www.fusion5store.com/, you bought it another store, another brand. But they have similar names as our old old Lapbook
