And in the case of reinstalling Windows (change of SSD, serious error, etc.) what happens to the Windows license? Should I save some serial number? Or will it automatically reactivate?

The Windows number is recorded on the motherboard so, in case of reinstallation of the system, Windows will be activated automatically when connecting to the Internet.
Anyway, if you want to know the Windows password there are apps to get it and thus have it saved

Can I have the BIOS files?

My display flickering heavily, turning on and off, often time it goes blank from the start.

Yes I have done that.

VGA glitch begin from boot. I though it might Bios related.

Have you ever had similar glitch?
