Lapbook S15 pro 15.6 - No Audio at all

After reinstalling windows 10 the audio is not working anymore i tried everything even i updated everything still not working. I checked the Sounds and there is no output and input, it says NO AUDIO DEVICES ARE INSTALLED, my laptop model is Lapbook S15 pro 15.6 can someone please help me fix it
