Hello, I have a problem where the ubook pro 12 has no battery detected. Can anyone please help me what to do here?

I have tried to contact them - do they ever reply?

I am not typing here so as not to get others to spam myself 
before you send it back to chuwi, open up the chuwi ubook and check if the cable is plugged in. there are only 2 screws behind the kickstand.
