It seems that it doesn’t recharge the battery. I’m using the charger that I found in the pack.
First thing to check is to see if the LED-light of the adapter itself is still turning on. If not, the charger is probably defective (adapters can break). If the LED-light still turns on it might still be the adapter, but it’s less likely.
Could you try charging it with a compatible USB-C charger? It needs to support USB PD-charging and at least 45W of charging capability. If that doesn’t charge it either you probably have a faulty battery.
