I purchased a LapBook pro from Chuwi Official Store.
I opened it to set up, and noticed a dead pixel. I emailed aftersales, who took over two days to reply, and then asked for my order number, and told me this is normal and acceptable and ‘Toshiba, Panasonic and sharp’ say that its ok.
That is rubbish. If I buy a Toshiba with a dead pixel, they will replace it for free.
Now aftersales will NOT write back to me.
WARNING: if you care about screen quality, and if you care about warranty, DO NOT BUY CHUWI.
I found a quality control certificate in the box…clearly thats a lie.
