I am so GLAD I found this forum.

I got a defective DEAD chuwi aerobook laptop out of the box.

the LAPTOP does NOT work!!!

I have been trying to reach chuwi via all chuwi email addresses.

…and still no reply FYI todays date is 11/18/21

PLEASE HELP!!!

I got a DEAD laptop!!

…and after reading posts on here, I am not going to pay to ship a defective laptop back to chuwi, this is bullshit!!!

DONT BUY chuwi – BEWARE –

I hope someone from management chuwi reaches out to correct this!
