I installed Windows 10 on it. Windows updated and automatically installed a video driver. Then it rebooted and the laptop no longer turns on. After pressing the power button, the power indicator lights up and that’s it. There’s only a black screen and nothing else. It doesn’t respond to Caps Lock.
An external keyboard doesn’t work when connected either. I connected it to a monitor via HDMI, but there’s no image. It doesn’t respond to pressing Esc or F7.
Please advise. How can I reset the settings to enter the BIOS and install Windows 11, since there are such problems with Windows 10?
