Stuck on White Background Screen on My Chuwi HeroBook Pro

I’m facing a frustrating issue with my Chuwi HeroBook Pro. After restarting the laptop during a Windows 10 update, it now boots up to a completely blank white background. The power LED is on, and the laptop seems to be running, but the screen stays white and unresponsive.

I have tried resetting the laptop, performing a clean install of Windows, and even accessing recovery options, but nothing has worked so far. The issue seems to have started after the interrupted update, so I suspect it might be software-related rather than a hardware problem.

Has anyone else experienced this blank screen issue on the HeroBook Pro? Any suggestions?

Before proceeding with a new installation, since it seems that the problem is with the display settings, you should try connecting the laptop to a TV through the laptop’s mini HD port to see if you have an image there and, with the help of this, resolve the problem in the Windows display settings.
