Hello I’ve got a chuwi herobook and while I was watching a YouTube video it made a sound like unplugging a wire and the screen froze. I tried space-bar to pause the video and the windows button to bring up the menu but nothing happened. After a few seconds multiple side by side distorted blue screens appeared with the characteristic face and it shut down. Till now I try to boot and it stays in the initial CHUWI https://chuwi.com/ loading screen with the message preparing automatic repair under the loading dots. After a few minutes it shuts down again. Then it opens in loading screen and loading without the repair message till it shuts down again. Could you direct me how should I proceed? Can I access the BIOS and do some troubleshooting there?
