how to update / download drivers etc? When I go to the support page, enter my serial number nothig happens.

I also use two PCs and one Android tablet from this manufacturer, but on all devices, even after entering the serial number on the support page, I cannot download drivers or the OS. If you search for topics using the model name of the device you want drivers for and state that you need drivers, a support representative or knowledgeable person will tell you how to obtain them. Occasionally, they might even share methods outside the manufacturer’s official support, like the link below, but it seems the manufacturer doesn’t provide the same level of support as top brands like Lenovo, HP, or Dell. They seem focused on selling PCs at low prices, period.
